Jaguar Hounds German Rivals
The roaring pace is forthcoming. This is what experts are saying when the Jaguar's supercharged XKR coupe was unleashed by the automaker. Various critics further expressed their expectation that this latest 2-door sports star from Jaguar has the potential to trounce Porsche or Mercedes-Benz.

The supercharged car takes it pride from powered Jaguar XKR parts. The latter paved way for a serious performance car that can compete with the established vehicles on same segment. XKR has a supercharged 4.2-litre V8 engine that offers plenty of power. Its cabin is given the standard GPS navigation as well as Bluetooth phone integration.

The 2006 XKR styling exudes a pure Jaguar aura – opulent yet modern. Said style is influenced by the XK-E of the 1960s. The design is considered classic and timeless. In fact, it is loved by aficionados up to this present time. With regards to XKRs feel, it is given aerodynamic cleanliness and elegance to ensure stability that shuns low wind noise. Moreover, XKR seem less a sports car because of its amenities and whims.

Jaguar XKR parts include larger wheels and tires than XK8, bright mesh grille, functional cooling louvers and tiny ducktail spoiler. It was also given comfy seats, power adjustable yet idiosyncratic controls, and a bigger trunk space for loading purposes.

The car is also given a twin air-to-liquid intercoolers to keep it dense and cool, as desired. Another powerful part is the double-wishbone suspension. The latter has antidive geometry in front and a multilink setup at the rear portion. For the safety of occupants, Jaguar XKR has a rigid monocoque structure made of high-strength steel. Airbags are also mounted in the front, side and back sections of the car to protect the occupants in times of bumps and collisions.

XKR also utilizes the CATS system plus efficient anti-lock brakes, dynamic stability control, automatic speed-limiter system and more. However, XKR is not as fast as some of its German competitors. Nonetheless, said supercharge car can compete well with said fast cars.
